Dollar is up, the euro sharply down

The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has determined the value of the foreign currency against the Uzbek som as of 4 November this year.
According to this, the official dollar exchange rate rose by 9.30 som and amounted to 11 117.33 soms.
The euro depreciated by 158.66 soms and was fixed at 10,843.84 soms.
The Russian ruble also depreciated by 1.16 som and amounted to 178.95 soms.
