The weather forecast from Uzhydromet for November 9-11.

In the Khorezm region and the Republic of Karakalpakstan, skies will be slightly cloudy, with easterly winds blowing at speeds of 7-12 m/s. Temperatures are expected to be between 0-5°C at night and 8-13°C during the day on November 9, rising to 10-15°C on November 10-11. 

In the Bukhara and Navoi regions, the weather will similarly be slightly cloudy, with no precipitation forecasted. Night temperatures will range from 0-5°C, while daytime temperatures will be between 10-15°C, with winds also coming from the east at 7-12 m/s.

In the Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions, the forecast indicates partly cloudy skies with no rain expected. Nighttime temperatures will be between 0-5°C, with daytime highs of 8-13°C on November 9, increasing slightly to 10-15°C over the weekend. Winds in these areas are forecast to blow from the east at 7-12 m/s. 

In the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, weather conditions will be slightly cloudy, with no precipitation expected and easterly winds at 7-12 m/s. Temperatures here will range from 2-7°C at night to 12-17°C during the day.

In the Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, skies will remain slightly cloudy without any rain forecast. Winds from the east will blow at speeds of 5-10 m/s. Night temperatures will be around 0-5°C and daytime temperatures will reach 10-15°C. 

For the foothills and mountainous areas of Uzbekistan, the forecast calls for slightly cloudy weather with no precipitation. The wind will blow from the east at 7-12 m/s, with nighttime temperatures between 0-5°C below zero and daytime temperatures from 0-5°C on November 9-10, warming to 2-7°C on November 11.
