“Charvak camp” is sold for 208 billion soms

The recreation center "Charvak camp" in Bustanlyk district of Tashkent region was sold for 208.0 billion soms.  This was reported by the Press Service of the State Asset Management agency.

Proposals submitted by joint venture "Vip Logistics" LLC regarding the implementation of purchase payments of 208.0 billion soms for the "Charvak camp" recreation center were recognized as the best proposals and "Vip Logistics" LLC was declared the winner of the sale," - stated the agency report.  

It is noted that at this public auction, offers were received from 4 applicants through the electronic trading platform "E-auction", and the highest price offer was given by" Vip Logistics" LLC.

According to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, the "VIP Logistics" company engaged in the transportation of goods by car was registered in Tashkent in 2011.  The authorized fund of the LLC is 2 million 694.9 thousand dollars.

The shareholders of the company include "HARVEST INDUSTRIES L.P." (93.00%), Shokirov Jamshid Abdugafarovich (5.10%), and Shokirov Abdugafar Shokirovich (1.90%).
