Electricity supply will be temporarily stopped in four districts of the capital Tashkent.  This was reported by the Information Service of “Regional Electric Networks” Joint Stock Company.

It is noted that today, June 22, in order to ensure the supply of high-quality and stable electricity to consumers, to prevent emergency situations in power networks, and to thoroughly prepare for the autumn-winter season, the electricity supply will be temporarily turned off at the following addresses:

  • Almazor district: on some streets of “Pakhta” neighborhood from 10:00 to 14:00;
  • Yunusabad district: in some streets of “Sandiq Korgon” neighborhood from 10:00 to 16:00;
  • Yashnabad district: on some streets of “Jarboshi” neighborhood from 10:00 to 16:00;
  • Mirzo Ulugbek district: from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in some streets of “Gulsanam” neighborhood.

On the other hand, we would like to inform you that the repair work in the above areas can be completed earlier than the scheduled time,” the message reads.

Also, the Tashkent city branch of the Joint Stock Company “Regional Power Grids” apologized to the consumers living in these areas for the inconvenience caused due to the temporary interruptions in the electricity supply due to these repair works.
