Does “Eternal Bukhara” move to the outside of the city?

Social media rumors claimed that the "Eternal Bukhara" project was relocated to the city's outskirts following public complaints. The Bukhara city administration provided an official response regarding this issue.
The administration declared these reports to be false and inaccurate. They confirmed that the development of the "Eternal Bukhara" cultural ethnographic park is progressing as planned.
At present, the majority of the old and decrepit buildings in the project area have been fully demolished, and the construction site is now 90 percent prepared.
Furthermore, the demolition of the former Bukhara regional administration building is proceeding according to technical safety guidelines, ensuring no impact on nearby residents or structures. About 70 percent of this work has been completed.
The administration also mentioned that the project documentation for the cultural ethnographic park is being finalized in collaboration with renowned historians, scientists, cultural heritage experts, and international project organizations.
