A list of state-owned real estate properties to be sold through electronic online auctions has been approved. This is stated in the government resolution adopted on October 22 of this year, titled ’’On measures to implement business projects on the sites of buildings and structures of local government bodies through their optimal placement in selected districts (cities) for rapid comprehensive development.’’

It is worth noting that earlier, a list of local government bodies operating in districts and cities of Uzbekistan to be optimally located in one place, as well as the criteria for selecting land for the construction of administrative buildings, had been approved.
