Uzbek MMA fighter Tokhtamurodov, 25, competed in the Naiza 64 tournament held in Oktov, Kazakhstan, and secured his win in the octagon.
He defeated the host athlete, Andrey Mikhailov, in the first round with a chokehold.
With this victory, Tokhtamurodov marked his 8th career win, while Mikhailov recorded his 2nd career defeat.
