Temperatures will reach 43°C at the start of the week

Uzbekistan’s State Committee for Hydrometeorology (Uzhydromet) has released the weather forecast for July 22-24.

According to the forecast, the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm regions will experience partly cloudy skies with variable conditions in some areas. No precipitation is expected. Winds from the east will blow at 7-12 m/s, occasionally reaching 13-18 m/s, potentially causing dust storms. Nighttime temperatures will range from 20-25°C, with daytime temperatures between 34-39°C on July 22-23 and 36-41°C on July 24.

In Bukhara and Navoi regions, the weather will also be partly cloudy with variable conditions in some areas. No precipitation is expected. Winds from the east will blow at 7-12 m/s, occasionally reaching 13-18 m/s, potentially causing dust storms. Nighttime temperatures will range from 22-27°C, with daytime temperatures between 34-39°C on July 22-23 and 25-30°C at night and 38-43°C during the day on July 24.

Tashkent, Syrdarya, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions will experience partly cloudy skies with variable conditions in some areas. No precipitation is expected. Winds from the east will blow at 7-12 m/s, occasionally reaching 13-18 m/s, potentially causing dust storms. Nighttime temperatures will range from 20-25°C, with daytime temperatures between 34-39°C on July 22-23 and 36-41°C on July 24.

In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, the weather will be partly cloudy with variable conditions in some areas. No precipitation is expected. Nighttime temperatures will range from 22-27°C, with daytime temperatures between 36-41°C on July 22-23 and 38-43°C on July 24.

Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions will experience partly cloudy skies with variable conditions in some areas. No precipitation is expected. Winds from the east will blow at 5-10 m/s, occasionally reaching 13-18 m/s on July 23, potentially causing dust storms. Nighttime temperatures will range from 20-25°C, with daytime temperatures between 34-39°C on July 22-23 and 35-40°C on July 24.

In the mountainous regions of the republic, the weather will be partly cloudy with variable conditions in some areas. Short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible in some areas on July 22-23. No precipitation is expected on July 24. Winds from the east will blow at 7-12 m/s, occasionally reaching 13-18 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from 13-18°C, with daytime temperatures between 23-28°C on July 22-23 and 25-30°C on July 24.
