A person attempting to sell 260 hectares of land for $400,000 was apprehended in Zangiota

An individual, born in 1985 and serving as the director of "Chirchiq gravel sorting" LLC, was arrested for trying to sell 260 hectares of undeveloped land in the Tashkent region for $400,000. This information was disclosed by the Rapid Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The suspect was apprehended with physical evidence after allegedly accepting $40,000 in advance for facilitating the preparation of land documents through connections within cadastral offices.

A criminal case has been launched against the individual under Article 168, Part 4, Clause "a," and Article 28,211, Part 3, Clause "a," with investigations ongoing.

It's worth noting that prior incidents in Fergana involved arrests of individuals attempting to illegally sell land.
