Owner of sheep that damaged seedlings in Kashkadarya was fined 17 million soums

In the Kashkadarya region, a citizen was fined for driving sheep between tree seedlings planted within the national project "Green Space". This was reported by the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change.

According to reports, raids were conducted in different areas by the employees of the Karshi District Department of the Regional Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change. During the raid, citizen O. B. drove 50 small horned cattle into the tree seedlings planted within the framework of the national project "Green Space" in the territory of the "Mang'it" MFY of Karshi district, causing damage to the seedlings.

The situation, an administrative report was issued against the offending citizen by part 1 of Article 79 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Violation of the conditions for the collection of flora objects), 50 times of the O. B. BHM - 17 fined in the amount of million soums.

We remind you that earlier, after the cutting of three trees in the Namangan region, the head of the organization had to pay a fine of 70 million soums.
