According to the report, violations involving excessive markups on medicines were detected through the tax authority system, and a notification mechanism has been launched to send such cases to the committee’s unified Fair Tech information system.

Based on notifications received through the Fair Tech unified information system in 2025 and 2026, measures are being taken in accordance with established procedures. In particular, 414,305 violations were identified at 991 pharmacies, including 152 wholesale and 839 retail outlets. In these cases, pharmacies were found to have received 8.5 billion soums in unjustified income. Recalculations were carried out in favor of consumers, and steps were taken to restore the rights of an indefinite group of consumers.

In addition, submissions have been made to the Center for the Safety of Pharmaceutical Products regarding violations of licensing requirements.
