Persons who stole railway wires in the Tashkent region were imprisoned for 5 years

Persons who committed theft from the railway in the Tashkent region were imprisoned for 5 years.  This was reported by the State Security Service.

In May of this year, a total of 140 meters of wires supplying electric locomotives of freight and passenger trains passing through the "Aqcha-Obliq" railway station in the Tashkent region with high-voltage electricity were cut and loaded onto the Damas machine.

It was determined that this crime was committed by 3 people living in different regions of the republic.  They were caught while carrying wires.

They had also cut and sold 87.5 m of electric wires between "The Kuchlik-Toytepa" railway stations and 100 m of electric wires between "The Ahangaron-Aqcha" railway stations.

3 people were found guilty under Article 169, Part 3, Clause "A" of the Criminal Code, and each of them were sentenced to imprisonment for 5 years and 1 month.
