Weather forecast for May 19: No rain and variable conditions expected

Uzhydromet has released its weather forecast for May 19, detailing the conditions for different regions across Uzbekistan.

Tashkent: The capital will likely experience partly cloudy skies with no precipitation expected. Winds will blow lightly from the east at speeds of 5–10 m/s. Temperatures are forecast to be mild at night, ranging between 17–19°C, and warm during the daytime, between 28–30°C.

Karakalpakstan and Khorezm: In these regions, the weather will maintain partly cloudy and somewhat variable conditions with no anticipated rainfall. Winds will blow from the east at speeds between 7–12 m/s, with gusts potentially increasing to 13–18 m/s in some areas, accompanied by dust and sand. Overnight temperatures will dip to 13–18°C, while daytime highs are expected between 27–32°C.

Bukhara and Navoi: The skies will be partly cloudy and the conditions variable, though rain is not expected. Winds will come from the east at 7–12 m/s, occasionally reaching speeds of 13–18 m/s with some dust accumulation in the air. Low temperatures will range from 15–20°C at night, and highs will be between 29–34°C during the day.

Tashkent, Syrdarya, Jizzakh, and Samarkand Regions: These areas will also see partly cloudy and variable weather with no significant rainfall forecasted. Winds will be predominantly easterly at 7–12 m/s, with intermittent increases to 13–18 m/s, and dust and sand may be present. Nighttime temperatures are expected to hover between 15–20°C, with daytime temperatures reaching 28–33°C.

Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya: The condition remains partly cloudy and variable without any precipitation. The wind will blow from the east at speeds of 7–12 m/s. Expect cooler evenings with temperatures between 15–20°C and warmer daytime temperatures ranging from 30–35°C.

Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana: In these regions, skies will be partly cloudy with a possibility of brief showers accompanied by thunderstorms in some areas. Winds will come from the east at 7–12 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range between 15–20°C, while daytime temperatures are forecast between 28–33°C.

Mountainous and Highland Areas: Forecasts predict partly cloudy and variable conditions with occasional brief rain showers and thunderstorms. These areas may experience flash flood conditions in isolated spots. Winds in the highlands will blow from the east at 7–12 m/s, with nighttime temperatures cooler at 10–15°C and daytime temperatures reaching 17–22°C.
