Temperatures to soar to 44°C in parts of Uzbekistan next week

Uzhydromet has released the weather forecast for tomorrow, June 16.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, the weather will also be partly cloudy and occasionally changeable. No precipitation is expected. Winds will blow from the east at 7–12 m/s, increasing to 13–18 m/s in some areas, with dust possible. Nighttime temperatures will be 22–27°C, while daytime temperatures will reach 38–43°C.

In Bukhara and Navoi regions, the weather will be partly cloudy, with no precipitation expected. Winds from the east will blow at 7–12 m/s, occasionally reaching 13–18 m/s, with some areas experiencing dust. Temperatures will range from 23–28°C at night to 39–44°C during the day.

In Tashkent, Syrdarya, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions, the weather will be partly cloudy with no expected precipitation. The wind will blow from the east at 7–12 m/s, with gusts reaching 13–18 m/s in some areas, possibly bringing dust. Temperatures will be 22–27°C at night and 33–38°C during the day.

In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, the weather will be slightly cloudy with no expected precipitation. The wind will blow from the east at 7–12 m/s. Temperatures will range from 23–28°C at night to 39–44°C during the day.

In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, the weather will be slightly cloudy and changeable in some places, with no expected precipitation. The wind will blow from the east at 5–10 m/s. Temperatures will be 20–25°C at night and 35–40°C during the day.

In the mountainous areas of the country, the weather will be slightly cloudy and changeable in some places. Rain is expected in some areas with possible thunderstorms and flash floods. The wind will blow from the east at 7–12 m/s, increasing to 12–17 m/s during thunderstorms. Temperatures will be 10–15°C at night and 23–28°C during the day.
