The mandate of Rasul Kusherboyev, a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, has been terminated.  At the video selector meeting of the Central Election Commission, held today, 26 December, issues related to the powers of the Central Election Commission were discussed.

It was noted at the meeting that Rasul Kusherboyev, who was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis from the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businessmen – Liberal-Democratic Party of Uzbekistan in the 95th Chinoz electoral district, submitted a written application to resign.  In his application, he did not indicate the reason for his resignation.

The decision to terminate Rasul Kusherboyev’s mandate was unanimously approved.

We remind you that earlier we reported that deputy Rasul Kusherboyev was leaving the post of deputy, and Daniyor Ganiyev did not support his departure.

At the same time, other members of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, Speaker Nurdinjon Ismailov, Committee Chairmen, Deputy Speakers, Inoyatov, who did not speak to Kusherboyev, and Aktam Khaitov, Chairman of UzLiDeP, remain deeply silent.  There was no reaction to Kusherboyev’s departure from the parliament and the issues he raised.
