Yesterday, on 13 March, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed establishing a badge that will be given to the “Devoter of the Country” at a meeting held at the military-academic lyceum “Young border guards” in the city of Termiz.  This was reported by the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

It is noted that the head of the state emphasized the need to always honor the parents and children of brave people who died defending the country, and proposed establishing a badge.

This insignia certificate is signed by the Commander-in-Chief.  Holders of this recognition will have all privileges.

“Military-combat potential and high moral potential must become two great pillars of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan,” the president said.

The head of state said that the bravery of our boys, who sacrificed themselves for the freedom of the Motherland, is an example for the younger generation, and works should be created about them.

“No force can defeat a nation and a state united for a good cause.  God, may the end for our heroic sons be prosperous.  May our country be peaceful and our people safe,” concluded the head of state’s speech.
