Golden House buys state property in Tashkent for 208.7 billion soms

Vacant buildings and facilities in Tashkent JSC «Aggregate Plant» and LLC «Aggregate Auto Kit» which had been state assets, were sold for the amount of more than 200 billion som.
The auction took place today, 18 April. The winner was LLC «Build Power», which offered 208.7 billion som.
The starting price of the lot was 130 billion som. The online auction was attended by 3 participants.
The total area of the lot sold was 9.6288 hectares. The lot comprised of buildings and structures with a total area of, 52928 square meters.
On the open database of enterprises and organizations under the State Statistics Committee, Golden House Development LLC (99% share) and Yakovlev Boris Borisovich (1% share) are indicated as the founders of “Build Power” LLC
