If we do not stop wasting electricity, we will not be able to supply the continuous demand for electricity. Deputy Minister of Energy Sherzod Khojayev said this at a press conference on electricity and gas outages. Journalists asked, "When will we have an energy system that doesn't really go out?" The question was answered and the blame was placed on consumers.
"As long as we don't stop wasting, we will never be able to cover the demand, the full need, by increasing the production. We need to learn to be economical. It's not just an issue that can be solved at the level of the Ministry of Energy or the government. This is a national idea, it should be changed, and we ask for your help in this matter," said the Deputy Minister of Energy.
According to Sherzod Khojayev, if we don't conduct propaganda work and learn to save money, even if the supply is increased, there will still not be enough electricity and gas for everyone.
