A mother who avoided paying alimony was found in a cafeteria

A woman wanted for refusing to pay child support was found in a cafeteria in Tashkent, according to Farrukh Toshpolatov, head of the information service of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, as reported by QALAMPIR.UZ.

Per the court order from the Tortkol district branch of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau(CEB), alimony collection was decided against the debtor R.G., a woman, in favor of her mother-in-law A.R.

Consequently, a search warrant was issued by the state bailiff of the Tortkol district branch of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.

During coordinated search operations with the search department of the Bureau of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the debtor R.G. was located in a cafeteria in Tashkent's Sergeli district.

Subsequently, an administrative report was filed against the debtor, and the gathered documents were forwarded to the Tortkol district court for criminal cases.

Recall that last month in Surkhandarya, a father who had been sought for two years for failing to pay child support to his children was found in the basement of his residence. In Kashkadarya, a man avoiding alimony payment was found concealed under blankets in his home. Meanwhile, in the Tashkent region, a man wanted for unpaid alimony attempted to escape authorities by traveling as a passenger in a Damas car. However, during a swift operation conducted in collaboration with the investigation department of the Tashkent regional Compulsory Enforcement Bureau and State Security Service personnel, he fled into a field upon sighting the CEB officers. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that the individual had been avoiding alimony payments. In Fergana, a debtor avoiding child support obligations was located in a well within his apartment.
